Description


REMARKS. Two syntype males are deposited in the Museo de La Plata (Marino de Remes Lenicov et al. 2015). The very light infuscation on the fore wings, mainly green venation including the anal veins 2 and 3 in the hind wing, the intense blue basal areas of the wings, and the fore wing length to width ratio of 3.13 in A. insignifera n. comb. distinguishes it from A. venturii n. comb. that has heavy infuscation in the fore wings mainly ochraceous venation with piceous anal veins 2 and 3 in the hind wings, basal areas of the wings gray mottled with blue, and the fore wing length to width ratio of 3.04 in A. venturii n. comb.
