Description

Material examined (total 1 ♀) BRAZIL • 1 ♀; ‘ Amazonas Province, BR 174, HW 70, 160 / 01 ’; 23 Sep. 1996; [thought to be primary forest at Reserva Duche]; INPA. This specimen has a head shape that puts it in Siphonophora, but it has been preserved in a very contracted state and it is very difficult to clearly see any details. It is quite tuberculate, but as it is a female there are no gonopods to compare with the other species described here. In the absence of any further specimens this has not been assigned to a species here.
