    Found in the continental shelf (Ref. 7300). Feeds on benthic worms and other invertebrates (Ref. 6871). Reaches maturity at ca. 18 cm TL (Ref. 114953); size at birth 7 cm (Ref. 6871). Taken by prawn fishers (Ref. 6871). Occasionally caught as trawl bycatch (Ref. 114953).
