Description


Dorsal spines (total): 10; Dorsal soft rays (total): 11 - 12; Anal spines: 3; Anal soft rays: 9 - 10. Eyes deep blue; the brown of live specimens fades quickly, leaving orange lines along the scale rows; sometimes with narrow dark crossbars (Ref. 3198).
