Dorsal spine serrated along both edges; branched anal fin rays; interdorsal space 98.7 (87.5-106.1) % of adipose dorsal length; caudal peduncle height 40.1 (36.9-43.0) % of its length; equal lobe of caudal fin; maxillary barbels reaching posterior margin of pectoral base (Ref. 42988).
